easy operation, precision are the
best operating feautures of these
machines.
The
head, melted in special Meehanite
cast-iron, is steadily
fixed on the bed and it is free
from vibrations. All gears are made
of Cr.Ni.Mo steel, hardened and
ground and are mounted on high precision
ball bearings. Two clutches and
an electromagnetic brake assure
the clutch, the braking and reversal
motion to the spindle. The spindle
is supported in three points and
is mounted on precision TIMKEN ball
bearings. It is provided with hole
Ø 160 mm. The headstock lubrication
is continuos by means of a gear
pump and relative distributors,
the carriage lubrication is guaranteed
by an automatic motor pump.
